MSA G1 XR SCBA Now Certified to NFPA 1970: 2025 Edition Standards

MSA Safety, announces that its the MSA® G1™ XR 2025 Edition Self-Contained Breathing Apparatus (SCBA) is now officially certified to the NFPA 1970:2025 Edition standard. This certification marks a major milestone for firefighter safety, as the NFPA version of the G1 XR SCBA includes characteristics directly influenced by American firefighters.  The 2025 Edition of NFPA 1970 unifies multiple PPE standards into a single, more stringent benchmark for SCBA performance and firefighter safety.
